3 ripe avocados - mashed
3 tbsp fresh lime juice
1/3 cup cilantro - chopped
1 tbsp minced jalapeno
1/2 tsp minced garlic
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1/2 cup minced red onion
1/2 cup finely chopped seeded tomatoes
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1/2 lb (or 1 - 8 oz cup) BOSS Crab Meat - Special
1 lb BOSS Crab Meat - Claw Meat(can substitute 2 - 8 oz cups)
Combine all ingredients except Crab Meat. Once well combined, fold in Crab Meat, gently folding to not break up the crab meat.
Can be served immediately or chilled* with your favorite Tortilla or Pita Chips.
*If serving chilled, please put the Avocado Seed in with the dip to avoid the avocado turning brown.
