1 lb BOSS or Supreme brand Jumbo Lump or Super Lump Crab Meat
12 oz Cocktail Sauce
12 oz Bistro Sauce or Horseradish Onion Petal Dipping Sauce
1 Tbs Lemon Juice
1 lb Fresh Salsa
Bag of Tortilla Chips
1 Fresh Avocado (optional)
Blend together the Cocktail Sauce, Bistro Sauce and Lemon. Mix well. Stir in Fresh Salsa until sauce is thick and chunky. Fold in crab meat gently until you reach desired consistency. If desired, peel, pit and segment avocado and garnish dip presentation with slices. This dip is beautiful presented in a margarita glass. Serve with Tortilla Chips.
